I am Elvira, a certified life & accountability coach with a passion for helping people turn plans into reality. My story began with a quarter-life crisis, a long journey of self-discovery, and the realisation that success isn’t a single destination but something we each define for ourselves.
That realisation set me on a path of change, moving from hospitality into marketing and operations in the leadership and personal development space. It was there that I discovered my passion for coaching and trained to turn it into my main focus.
Today, I run my coaching business alongside my freelance role as a production and account manager in a marketing agency. I love having a portfolio career because it keeps me curious, constantly learning, and able to use all my strengths.
In coaching, that shows up as both the cheerleader in me; the one who loves celebrating wins and keeping people motivated, and the planner in me; who loves structure, systems, and results you can actually measure. I want people not only to dream about change but to actually make it happen.
After managing the Career Pivot group at the Social Wellness Club for over a year, I realised it was time to take the next step: creating a dedicated community where we can explore, reshape, and thrive in the new world of work. Here, we can learn from one another, grow side by side, and make sure no one has to face change alone.

Hi I’m Hannah – I’m a strategic talent & learning leader, qualified change practitioner, and certified strengths & career coach for women. I help women who feel lost and need help discovering who they are, and what they’re good at, to navigate their career path with clarity and confidence. I’ve spent over 10 years in corporate, hopping across eight roles and four functions – never one to sit still for long, but each step a strategic move to curate the career I wanted.
Burnout, therapy, and a pandemic-shaped pivot helped me uncover my compass: my values and strengths. I’m introspective, multi-passionate, and endlessly curious about the stories that shape who we are and how we work.
I launched my coaching business while still in a senior corporate role, driven by a simple belief: your career should fit you, not the other way round. My approach is structured, but tailored to the needs of each client, and includes practical activities such as career planning, CV workshops and interview prep. Creativity, warmth, and connection are at the heart of everything I do – and this career community is a natural extension of that.
I’ve always believed that we grow best in community. I’m the sum of every conversation, challenge, and moment of connection that’s shaped me – and I know this space will offer that same depth to others. Together, we can reimagine the future of work in a way that feels human, hopeful, and built to last.

Hello! Giorgia here, a marketer and interior designer, as you can tell I strongly believe in career change and to me the future of work is flexibility, adaptability and multiple specialisation.
Throughout my marketing career I have focussed on Brand and Content strategy, using narrative and communications to build brand equity and to improve and drive customer lifecycles.
Understanding is at the base of all my work, I strongly believe in the analytical phase of every project, from marketing strategy to interior design, and I think that asking the right questions is the first step towards a successful project.
This brings me here, I discovered the community as I was contemplating my career change, and found great support in pushing forward with my retraining and building my new career. I got in touch with Elvira and offered my help in moving forward this community that I so strongly believe in. The rest is history, the history that we will make together, and I am very excited to be here for it!
